Burnham Hydronics is based out of Lancaster, PA and produces boilers for residential and commercial applications ranging in various efficiencies from 80 AFUE all the way up to 95 AFUE. Burnhams line of boilers include condensing boilers, atmospheric boilers, gas fired boilers, oil-fired boilers, and both hot water and steam boilers. Burnham also offers electric boilers and tankless hot water heaters along with hot water tanks for domestic hot water use.

Burnham's representative on Long Island has devised a way to void warrantys due to high mineral content of Long Island's water, combined with the use of an automatic water feeder. According to the manufacturer rep this combination constitutes abnormal usage. My boiler was less than 10 years old and developed a hole in the heat exchanger. I am replacing the piece of crap Burnham with a Weil McLain.

I've had this boiler for 8 years and it has never failed to keep me warm or provide hot water for me. Burnham makes a good boiler.
