I had a friend of mine install this air conditioner and it was all terrible from the start. He didn't show up when he promised me he would show up even after I took of from work and the installation looks terribly. He messed up my flower garden and promised to fix it but never returned after I paid him the check. The unit stopped running once and I called someone else. The technician told me it was not installed properly. What did I do to deserve this?

A friend of mine installed this air conditioner about a year ago and it does a great job of cooling my house...........better then my old Kenmore air conditioner system.

I will never buy or recommend anyone buy a Ducane. Less than a year old and the contractor has been back 4 times to fix this thing including replacing the compressor. Its junk!
