Sanyo offers mini-split ductless air conditioners and heat pump from 9,000 BTU's to 33,000 BTU's. Sanyo mini-split ductless air conditioners and heat pumps have features of washable filter, air sweep control, air mold filter, wireless remote control, 24 hour programmable control, microprocessor control, and R410A refrigerant. Sanyo also offers ceiling suspended, ceiling recessed, and multiple inside air handler units with a single condenser.

I recommend this air conditioner. It doesn't require duct work and it doesn't sit in a window making it look unsightly or adding another security risk to your home like a window unit would.
