Amana offers three different types of packaged unit systems. The have the straight air conditioner package unit, the gas electric package unit, and the heat pump package unit. Depending on the type will depend on the efficiency rating. Amana offers the typical industry warranty with their packaged systems and an extended warranty is available for an additional fee at the time of purchase of a new package unit system.
