Lennox offers three different types of package unit systems. Lennox offers the heat pump package unit system, the straight air conditioner package unit system, and the gas electric package unit system. Depending on the type of Lennox package unit system you purchase will depend on the efficiency of the system. Lennox offers industry standard warranties when a new package unit is purchased.

I have no problems with Lennox. It runs fine but my gas bill is still high like it with the old unit. Yes I save a little bit every month but it was not what I expected for gas bill savings.

I've had the circuit board replaced in this unit twice and replaced the condenser fan motor all within the first 3 years even with a maintenance contract.
