Lennox started in 1895 building steel riveted furnaces to the modern systems they produce today. The steel riveted furnace is gone but their trademark Dave Lennox is still around wearing his coveralls in many of the advertismenets for Lennox. Originally based out of Iowa the new Lennox corporate offices are now based in Richardson, Texas. Lennox claims more than 60 leading edge HVAC products and a network of more than 6000 dealers.

Bryant offers heat pumps with efficencies to 9.0 HSPF and 18 SEER for their top of the line heat pump systems. The bryant Eovlution Series offers a two-stage compressor which allows the heat pump to achieve higher efficiencies and when coupled with their variable speed air handler blowers bryant offers a good top of the line heat pump that will give you many years of comfort. Bryant is owned by the same corporation that owns Carrier and their systems are similar. Bryant offers the typical HVAC industry warranties on all their systems with better warranties for the high efficiency systems and other extended warranties are available for a an additional fee.

The Honeywell Visionpro is a touchscreen thermostat which eliminates dials and switches. Simply touch the screen indicators to adjust temperature, change from heat to cool or turn the air handler blower fan on. You can also program is for automatic control on a time schedule which can also add efficiency to the air conditioning and heating system. It comes in a few different models so there is a selection process but this brand makes the choices easy versus some other brands and models of thermostats. TH8110U: For 1 Heat/1 Cool systems TH8320U: For up to 3 Heat/2 Cool systems TH8321U: For up to 3 Heat/2 Cool systems with dehumidification Thats it! With proper selection of one of those three models this thermostat can be used for almost every combination of heating and air conditioning system available.
